Blocks of Time

Parents can buy prepaid blocks of time at a discount. The more you buy, the more you save and there is no expiration date! Use the childcare calculator to calculate your discounted hourly rate and how many hours of time each block provides based on the age of your child(ren)

Block A: 10% Savings: $450 for $500

Block B: 15% Savings: $680 for $800 

Block C: 20% Savings: $800 for $100

Membership

Become an APH Member and enjoy 20% off all your drop-in childcare fees! Your membership is charged at a rate of $200 per month on the 1st of the month for a minimum of 6 months, and can be used whenever you desire. After the $200 monthly credit is used, you just pay for additional hours at 20% off normal prices! Any unused amount will simply roll over into the next month. Best of all, any unused credit never expires!

Meals

For your convenience, meals are available for purchase. We purchase all of our food at Costco and HEB and love to incorporate seasonal fruits and vegetables into our menu. Please see below for our menu options and prices. Meals must be ordered 30 minutes prior to meal time as all food is cooked to order. Parents are also welcome to pack meals, we just ask that you do not include items that will need to be refrigerated or warmed up for longer than 30 seconds. 

Breakfast - $5

Breakfast is served at 9:15am with the following options

  • Choice of Waffle, Cereal, or Kolache
  • Yogurt
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Milk or Water

Lunch is served at 11:30am with the following options with the exception of Sunday when we order pizza from Double Dave’s

  • Choice of Pizza (Cheese or Pepperoni), Chicken Nuggets, Corn Dog, or Fish Sticks
  • Seasonal Vegetable
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Milk or Water

Dinner is served at 6pm with the following options with the exception of Friday and Saturday when we order pizza from Double Dave’s

  • Choice of Pizza (Cheese or Pepperoni), Chicken Nuggets, Corn Dog, or Fish Sticks
  • Seasonal Vegetable
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Milk or Water

We serve three snacks a day, which are included in the hourly rate and typically include a starch (cracker, goldfish, rice cake, etc) and fruit 

As a courtesy, any child present at a meal time that is not eating will be offered a snack.
